Planning a party for your little big one?  Chances are they have just started big school and that very important first class party needs to be arranged this year.  What to do?  How do you please your little one, and an entire class of new friends?  Well, here at Funtime Hire we supply all sorts of games and events for children’s parties, so we thought we would inspire you with our list of the top 10 ideas from us.

1. Have a theme

Kids love to dress up. This year Frozen is the biggest theme for little girls, with plenty of accessories easy to come by. Why not hire your very own Anna or Elsa entertainer from us?

2. Keep it traditional

Kids love a clown, an entertainer, crisps and sandwiches, cakes and sweeties.  Keep it simple by opting for a professional entertainer from us.

3. Get Outside

If you are lucky enough to be celebrating a late summer birthday, and the weather is still looking good, get the kids outside.  A garden party with trampolines and inflatables is always popular with the little ones.

6. Trampolines are great!

Bouncy castles are awesome fun, but if you fancy a more structured bounce around, why not hire our trampolines?  Fully portable and easy to set up, kids can get involved by having a set amount of bouncing time in between party games and food.

7. Have A Disco

Discos are a brilliant way to celebrate a birthday.  Hire a DJ from us, suitable for a kids party.  Or if you want to go even further, why not hire our disco dome; a giant inflatable dance hall for kids of all ages.

8. Bring Back Memories

If you want to do something different, how about going old school with punch and judy, balloon modelling or plate spinning?  Maybe even a face painter would be good?  We can supply all of them and many more.

9. Finally, let them have fun!

As a parent, it can be very easy to get all competitive with parties, food, entertainers and party bags.  We all want our children to have the best party ever, and the one the other mums talk about.  But, at the end of the day, your child just wants their friends around them and to have fun doing what they love.
